2020 is soon to be in the review mirror. It’s been an extremely challenging year for individuals and businesses across this country. Everyone is certainly looking forward to a new year and new opportunities. Despite the tough year, we did have some big breakthroughs at Duke Rentals we’re proud of and would like to share with our great customers that make it all possible.
New Duke Rentals Store in Oklahoma City
Duke Rentals is proud to have added our 15th location in the United States in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Our OKC location is our first southern state location. We’ve built our company in the Mid-West and it’s great to now be serving southern customers now as well.
New Operating System
In May Duke Rentals implemented a new operating system to streamline our processes and better serve our customers. The transition came after months of research and preparation. We wanted to be able to incorporate the continual influx of new technology coming into the industry, offer the best options for customers, and make our customer experience second to none. So far we’re extremely pleased with the new operating system and look forward to seeing what it can do for us and you in 2021.
Expanded Fleet
Our biggest priority at Duke Rentals is giving our customers what they need and offering the latest technology to make their work more efficient. For us, this means continually updating and expanding our equipment rental and sales fleet. One of the biggest additions we made to our fleet in 2020 was the Kubota KX80 – the biggest excavator Kubota makes. We’ll continue to research industry trends and demands and do everything we can to be the leading provider for equipment rental and sales.
